Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta Hotel

It was an upscale hotel with gorgeous rooms and exceptional staff.

The location was great and incredible and the services were great. The staff were all exceptional and the breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs.

No complains at all, I do recommend this place and would return here. Thank you very much for a very nice stay for a business trip. Make sure to get triple room with 2 bottle, refrigerator, for instance. The breakfast has very very good options with scrambled eggs...

It was right by restaurants & bars, and MARTA and airport, marvellous and incredible location overall. The staff was exceptionally nice, pleasant, and responded promptly to requests. Got king room with refrigerator, a bathtub and the bathroom as expected.

Room decoration is ok.

The front desk staff were very unpolite. I asked one of them for checking in. She seemed to ignore me and told me to find someone else to talk to.

I enjoyed the cute atmosphere and spacious lobby. The accessibility features were excellent. The decor was modern yet warm.

Improve room temperature control for comfort.

I didnt like the fact that you had to pay for parking at a hotel because I never had to pay to park at a hotel that i've paid to stay in. Also I did not like the fact that you had to pay to use the internet.I Only needed to print two tickets to the game in your hotel charged me 7.95 just to us it in $.99 a piece just to print two pages out. It wasn't a big issue to print because of the usage for ink (personally) but most internet usage fees be free at hotels weather you use the guest business computer or your own. Otherwise the hotel was fairly well.

Location is very good, close to subway station, restaurant and some shoping.

The tv is old and neede update to lcd. The spa is old with worn equipments.

It was just a prime choice for a city break in Atlanta with best value for money ratio. The food from room service was actually pretty good, worth ordering for a quick meal. Make sure to double-check your room cleanliness before settling in.

Location of hotel was perfect for where I was going.

Beds were not all that comfortable.

I liked the location of the hotel, it was very central to everything that I needed access to. Excellent and courteous staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the beautiful views from nearby parks and the easy walk to the High Museum of Art, just over a kilometer away and worth the visit.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Midtown Atlanta.The room was clean,hotel staff was very helpful and location was good.Roughly 25 min walk to the Atlanta Botanical garden.Short ride to Georgia Aquarium and CNN.Nice restaurants close by.Of course Trader Joe's...near Piedmont Park.I had a great time exploring the Midtown area.I would love to stay at Hilton Midtown again on my next visit.

Stayed at hyatt for 2 nights with my family. The check-in was super smooth, thanks to the friendly front desk who helped us get settled quickly after a long trip. Our queen room was spacious and clean, and parking was hassle-free with the garage pass they offered.
